Mozzarella and provola di bufala, treccia, a selection of the finest cold cuts from Campania, a selection of our pecorini, with and without truffle, bruschette with roasted provolone, traditional bread with our extra-virgin 100% Italian olive oil, tarallini, smoked mushrooms, sliced eggplant, artichockes, olives spread and other vegetables, all accompanied by a glass of our Aglianico or Greco di Tufo.

To close the tasting, the best products from our Irpinia bakeries with a torta Capresina and limoncello from Sorrento.
